Gift Certificates make a great gift for the gardener in your life. By giving them a gift certificate, they can choose from our huge range of bulbs and have them delivered for when they want them. Gift Certificates by post make a lovely present for the garden fanatic in your life. The recipient of the Gift Certificate will receive a beautifully presented Greeting Card with your own personal message enclosed along with their Gift Certificate which will contain their unique Gift Certificate ID to enter online at the check out.

How to redeem a Printed Gift Certificate

Printed Gift Certificates (also known as Gift Vouchers) are redeemable against any phone or postal order.

Ordering with a Gift Certificate online couldn't be easier, all the recipient has to do is enter the Gift Certificate ID at the check out on our website:

1) Go to our website.
2) Add to basket any products.
3) Follow to 'CHECKOUT' section.
4) Enter personal details.
5) Select 'Gift Certificate' as payment method.
6) Enter gift certificate ID and click the arrow to the right of the gift certificate code.

Your Gift Certificate ID is unique to you, so please do not share it with anyone else. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you return an item purchased using a Printed Gift Certificate, the balance will be credited to your account for future phone orders. Printed Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Delivery and P&P

This item is dispatched all year around.
All orders should be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Postage cost to the UK (excluding N.Ireland) is £5.50.
Orders over £50 qualify for FREE delivery.
Unfortunately, we are not currently delivering to the EU. See Delivery page.
When your order is due for dispatch, you will receive a tracking email from us to track your parcel.
Your parcel will be sent on a 24-48 hour tracked service with DPD.

Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched.
All returns must be returned at your cost within 7 days of receipt.
Payment for the returned goods will be refunded within 7 days of the goods being received by us, less the postage charges.
