I ordered Roselilies and begonias last year for March delivery. How can I access my orders to check the ones I ordered and delivery date.

Did you receive your order confirmation from us via Email? It was sent on 4/10/2017 at 09:36. If you can’t locate it, I will be happy to forward it on to you. Your bulbs will be dispatched in March.

We have had lovely lilies from you before & now wish to purchase some more. Do you take Nat. garden Gift vouchers as part of the payment ? We have been given some for Xmas. I have today rung you but noone is available to take my order. Could you please contact me. Many thanks, Galen Carter.

Thank you for your email. I must start by apologising for the delay in replying as we have been away on holiday and only returned to the Nursery today. Unfortunately, we do not take national Garden Gift Vouchers as payment.

Oh dear that does sound rather expensive doesn’t it? It should only be £4.95 for you to Buckinghamshire. Have you checked the Country is set as the UK?
