I am looking for a white dwarf Lilly to add in my rockery garden, I was told it was called an asiatic lily.

Yes I would advise on Sparkling Joy as this is a Dwarf Asiatic White lily that will reach approx. 45cm tall and is ideal for rockeries or pots.

Does the tiny series need to be replanted each year, or can the bulbs remain planted permanently?

Hello there,
Yes you can leave your bulbs for 3 to 4 years and then they may need splitting off. Which is where you break off the baby bulblets and replant all the bulbs.
