Gibson<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"hubmaster_faq_blockquote\"><p>My bulbs showed no growth at all in the last two years yet still looked healthy in the compost. I thought they must have rotted away but inspection proved not. I had two large pots, bought in flower, one I eventually split up and repotted and never saw another flower and the other pot just seemed to go dormant.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"hubmaster_faq_answer\">If your lily bulbs are nice and firm they should be fine. Perhaps give them another chance for next year by replacing with fresh compost and ensuring slugs aren&#8217;t eating them. Sometimes the bulbs will get too damp over winter which stops them flowering, but this doesn&#8217;t seem the case this time.
