They are  planted in the ground and in pots at different parts of a large garden. I do go round looking for the beetles but must have missed a lot. We&#8217;ve used it in our garden with great results. Alternatively. try making a garlic solution to spray on.  Unfortunately, the key is being vigilant and picking them off immediately.
