- Narcissus like to receive full sun for most of the day.
Planting Narcissus in the Garden
- If planting in the garden, plant the bulbs with their pointed tops 10-15cm (4-6") below the soil surface with smaller bulbs placed more shallowly than larger ones.
- Space the bulbs 7-10cm (3-4") apart. Allow 4 to 5 bulbs per square foot.

- If planting in pots, find a large container and fill it with good-quality, well-drained soil. Ensure there is adequate draining holes.
- Plant in the Autumn, September through November.
