Orders

I haven’t received an order confirmation by email, where is it?

Have you checked your junk folder? Sometimes our emails are hiding in there due to your email’s security.

I haven’t received an email with my tracking number on, do you have one?

Our emails could be hiding in your junk/spam folder. Please check in there first. If you are living outside the UK, you will need to request your tracking number by emailing us at info@hartsnursery.co.uk. 


Delivery and P&P costs

When do you dispatch your bulbs?

Autumn Planted Bulb orders – dispatched September 2023 to November 2023.

Lily Bulb orders – dispatched end of February 2024 to May 2024.

Spring Planted Bulb orders – dispatched end of February 2024 to May 2024.

When will I receive my Bulbs?

All orders will usually be dispatched within 3-5 working days (during the dispatch dates mentioned above) unless we are away from the Nursery at the flower shows. Once your order has left our nursery, you should receive an email confirming your order has been completed along with your Tracking Number. Your bulbs will be sent by a courier on a 48hour Tracked Service. 

How much do you charge for Delivery and which countries do you deliver to?

Delivery to the UK, Ireland, Highlands & Islands

Delivery to the rest of Europe

How much do you charge for UK Delivery (exc. Highlands, Guernsey, Jersey & isles)?

Orders under £50 – £4.99
Orders over £50 – FREE

Every effort is made to send out orders as soon as possible. All orders to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Highlands and Isles) will sent by courier on a 48hour tracked delivery service. Once your order is ready to be packed at the nursery, you will receive an email from us letting you know your order is being processed. If you have ordered by phone, you can contact us for your tracking information if you wish to do so. If you live in Jersey, Guernsey, Highlands or the Isles, then these parcels are currently on a 48 Hour service and incur extra delivery charges.

Will I be charged twice for delivery if I order bulbs for different seasons?

Yes, there is a delivery surcharge for any additional deliveries needed. If you order Lily Bulbs, Spring Flowering Bulbs and Summer Flowering Bulbs in one transaction, you will be charged for the additional P&P as they will be dispatched at different times of the year. This will be calculated for you at the check out. Please see below the Dispatch Dates for each category of bulb.

Can I track my order once dispatched?

Yes, you can track your order once you have received an email from us with your tracking number on. You should also receive confirmation of your delivery from our carriers (either by email or text depending on which information you gave when ordering with us).

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes we do! It’s quite easy too! All you need to do is have you recipient’s email address and yours, enter your message and how much you want to spend (and pay safely on our secure website) and then your friend, colleague or family member will receive an email with the notification to say that you have sent them a Gift Voucher to spend online at hartsnursery.co.uk. You should automatically receive an email from us with your order details on, if you haven’t, please check your junk/spam folder as sometimes our emails are hiding in there. 

 


Exhibition and Show dates

Can I come and visit you or see you at any Flower shows?

Yes, you can visit us at the Flower Shows we attend. We love exhibiting our Lilies at all the shows. Not only are we able to show everyone all the different lily varieties we have, we also display and sell alliums, tulips and other bulbous flowers. We attend many shows (including most of the RHS Flower Shows) across the UK throughout the months of March to October. Please visit our Flower Shows page for a list of the shows and dates we will be attending in 2024.

Unfortunately, due to the layout of our new nursery, we are unable to offer any Open Days as we do not have sufficient parking. Sorry for any inconvenience. We do hope you find what you are looking for on our website instead.
