The Roselily 'Aisha' is a strikingly pure white double oriental flower. Its petals are frilly and elegantly shaped, with a subtle touch of green running down each one, adding to its unique beauty. When we first introduced Roselily Aisha at the prestigious RHS Chelsea Flower Show, it was an immediate hit. Its captivating colour and enticing scent stole the show, and it quickly became a crowd favourite. An added advantage of these lilies is that they are pollen-free, making them an excellent choice for cut flower arrangements. Additionally, they have a robust growth, reaching heights between 80-100cm. This combination of characteristics makes Roselily 'Aisha' a truly exceptional flower.
Hart's Hint
"Plant in ericaceous compost in pots with added grit for drainage. If you are using the roselilies for cut flower purposes, ensure to leave 2ft of stem after cutting to allow the remaining stem and foliage to die back naturally and put the energy back into the bulb so they will flower again the following year!"

* Please note - Although these lilies are listed as 'Pollen-free Lilies', in extreme weather conditions, lilies can get stressed and, in turn, this can cause the lilies to produce stamen.
** As with lots of plants/flowers in the garden, lilies are toxic to pets if ingested. Not just the stamen but the foliage and flowers too. Pets do not tend to eat lilies but the problem with lilies occurs when cats or dogs brush past the stamen and then lick if off their fur. We advise opting for pollen-free lilies and keeping your lilies up high and away from fences or windowsills where cats can easily brush against the flower heads that have stamen.
