All orders to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) are sent by courier on a 48-hour tracked delivery service with Yodel. Once your order is ready to be packed at the nursery, you will receive an email from us letting you know your order is being processed. If you have ordered by phone, you can contact us for your tracking information if you wish to do so. If you live in Jersey, Guernsey, Highlands or the Isles, then these parcels are currently on a 48 Hour service with DHL.

Northern Ireland & the EU
BREXIT NOTICE As a result of the agreement, the UK is no longer part of the EU’s single market and customs union and new rules apply. Unfortunately, because of the new trade agreement, we have made the difficult decision to stop sending to Ireland (including Northern Ireland) and the rest of the EU. If anything changes in the future, we will update our website accordingly.
*A surcharge for additional deliveries will be added if ordering bulbs to be sent out in different seasons in one order. For example, Lilies are dispatched in February and Tulips are dispatched in September.
Dispatch Dates
All orders are dispatched at various seasons of the year depending on the products that have been ordered. Please check the delivery dates for each item. If you are ordering during the delivery period, please allow 3-5 workings days for your order to be dispatched.
Please note: During our busy ‘Flower Show’ season (April to May), we may take up to 5-10 working days for your order to be dispatched. Please check each product’s Shipping Estimate which can be found on the right-hand side of each page.
