Eucomis Playa Blanca
Eucomis Playa Blanca Eucomis Playa Blanca

Eucomis ‘Playa Blanca’ is a rare and captivating variety of Pineapple Lily, celebrated for its striking 40cm flower spikes that closely resemble the shape of a pineapple. Each towering bloom is densely packed with hundreds of tiny, pure white star-shaped flowers, creating a dramatic, elongated display that’s topped with a leafy crown, adding to its bold, tropical appearance.

This exotic-looking plant is a true conversation starter in the garden. Its architectural form and unusual flowering habit make it an ideal focal point for sunny borders, contemporary planting schemes, and patio containers.

‘Playa Blanca’ blooms in late summer through early autumn, bringing a fresh brightness just when many gardens begin to lose their colour. Despite its exotic charm, this variety is surprisingly easy to grow—thriving in well-drained soil and full sun.

Whether you're looking to enhance a modern garden design or add a touch of the unusual to your planting scheme, Eucomis ‘Playa Blanca’ offers both elegance and intrigue. A true gem for collectors and lovers of unique blooms alike.
