I have been sent a code along with my order, however the discount is not applying? Can you help please?

Hi there, Have you managed to order at all? I can always add the discount and refund you the difference if not.
Please ensure to click on the words at the Checkout that say ‘Redeem a discount coupon’ and then enter the code SHOP10. Please do not enter it into the ‘Comments’ section as it won’t work. Also, if you have ordered any discounted items like Dahlias or Callas then it won’t work in conjunction with other offers.
