Begonia aftercare

This question was asked by

The wonderful show of Begonias is still continuing.I would like to plant the Autumn bulbs in many of the pots and baskets so can I cut the begonias down to 1” above the corm and remove the corm to be washed and dried ready for storage until next year. Thanks for the top quality corms great results. Look forward to your advise.

Hi Graham

That’s fantastic – so pleased to hear how happy you are with your begonias from us.

Once all the stems on your begonias have died off naturally, you can cut them back, dig out the tubers, clean and dry them before storing them away in sand in a dry, frost-free area like a garage or shed.
Replant the next February.

Could you please advise on when they will be in stock. I have some lily bulbs in my basket but would like to add the begonias before I pay for them.

HI there,
These are now back in stock for you. If you wish for them to be delivered together with your lilies, ensure to put the delivery month as March for your lilies. Otherwise you may be charged twice for P&P.
