If you have them now, plant them now. We do not send our out until early spring but get them in the ground if you have them.

Yes we sell Nerines, they are known as the Guernsey Lily but they are not a true lily and do not attract the lily beetle. They need planting in the Spring for Autumn flowering.

Wanting to order now but not expecting bulbs until early March.

Are these surface planted – with only lower half below surface?

Yes that is correct. Nerines will be dispatched in the Spring (you can choose which month from your Basket). They need planting with their necks above ground. Have you seen our Breeder’s Blend – the colours look magnificent together.

I am looking to buy gizmo lilies as a gift, I have read dispatch for the lily bulbs is Feb to June. Is this correct?

Hi Angie

Yes this is correct as lilies need planting in the spring for summer flowering. If it’s a gift for Christmas, may I suggest sending a gift voucher containing a personal message suggesting you wanted to them to order the Gizmo lilies.

When do I divide nerines?

Good morning,
You do not need to divide Nerine bulbs as they prefer to become quite congested and grow in clumps. Also, Nerines do not like to be disturbed so establish a decent position from the off and avoid moving them.
Protect in very cold areas with a mulch over winter.

Hi, I wish to order some Nerine bulbs to give as a Christmas present but wasn’t sure if the bulbs would be sent before Christmas or if they are sent out January/February.
